About
I am a PhD student in Applied Physics at Stanford and a member of the Lev Lab. My research brings together atomic physics, optical physics, and condensed matter physics, and I am building an apparatus to study light-matter interactions in two-dimensional quantum materials. As a Yale undergraduate, I was privileged to spend three years advancing quantum computing research, working directly with Nobel-prize winning physicist Michel Devoret.
Outside the lab, I make ceramics, play tennis, squash, and pickleball, and spend time with guitar, piano, climbing, and books.* This site provides a glimpse of both my academic and artistic sides.
* In January 2026, I had a skiing accident which resulted in a serious injury. For now, most of my time outside of physics is spent on my recovery/rehab journey!
